Yes, you can pause your membership at any time for up to 90 days. To pause, simply call your local Chapter studio or ask Guest Services during your next visit.

To cancel, call or visit your local Chapter studio. Once your membership is canceled, your discounts and perks expire immediately, and you’ll have 90 days to use any remaining funds. There are no refunds.

All previous memberships—including Diamond, Rejuv, Radiance, Laser Hair Removal, and Founders—will be discontinued and automatically rolled into the new Chapter Rewards Club unless you take action by July 15, 2025.

If you'd like to switch over to the new membership before July 15, talk to Guest Services during your next visit. If you prefer to cancel your current membership before it automatically switches to the new Rewards Club, you can call your local Chapter studio or speak with Guest Services during your next visit.

The Chapter Rewards Club includes two types of credits:

  • Chapter credits: Each month, your $99 membership fee is converted directly into Chapter credits you can use toward treatments and products.

  • Bonus credits: You earn 10% back in bonus credits on every dollar you spend on treatments and products — whether you're using your membership credits or paying out of pocket. Bonus credits expire 60 days after they're earned.

For example, if you purchase a $200 treatment, you’ll earn $20 in bonus credits to use on future visits.

All available Chapter credits and bonus credits are automatically applied at checkout toward eligible treatments and products purchased in studio. Chapter credits must be used in full before bonus credits can be applied. Credits cannot be used for online purchases.

Your Chapter credits never expire, but Bonus credits expire 60 days after they are earned.
