I’m Alysha and I oversee clinical practices at Chapter’s Green Bay location. I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Nurses Association. I received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2013 and Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2020, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.


In my free time, I enjoy exercising and outdoor activities, including golfing, skiing, and traveling
