About Kara Reis, MSN, FNP-C

Hi, I’m Kara, managing clinical director at Chapter Aesthetic Studio in West Des Moines, IA. I am a Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). With 17 years of experience in healthcare, I specialize in family medicine, cardiology, and management. I am passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves, and I find working in aesthetics to be a rewarding way to support clients in achieving their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, my two boys, and my dog. A sports enthusiast, I love watching basketball, football, baseball, and golf. In the summer, I play golf in a ladies league and also enjoys attending concerts. I believe in the importance of skincare and recommend daily face washing, SPF, and the use of retinol to maintain youthful, healthy skin. I have seen impressive results with treatments like CO2, Cool Peel, and Virtue RF for reducing signs of aging.
