Why does Chapter use flat-rate for Botox and Xeomin instead of per-unit pricing?
Treatments based on a number of units due to cost prevent guests from getting the best results; treatments with the right amount of units can become expensive. We wanted to eliminate limits altogether by allowing you to choose the areas you want to treat for one set price that includes everything you need to achieve your best results. With our treatments focused on results rather than units, you get comprehensive expert care without compromise at our best price.
How does Botox and Xeomin treatment work at Chapter Aesthetic Studio?
Botox and Xeomin are available in three treatment options: Spot treatment, upper face and full face. Simply choose your preferred treatment based on areas and desired results—that’s it. Our experts will also assess your needs and goals and help determine the right treatment to deliver the best results.
Can I still purchase Botox or Xeomin by unit at Chapter?
Yes, Botox and Xeomin will be available for purchase by the unit at retail price. All-inclusive, flat-rate Botox and Xeomin treatments are recommended for the best results and value.
What happens if I’m not satisfied with my Botox or Xeomin results?
We're committed to your happiness. That’s why we offer free touch-ups. If you’re not totally satisfied with your results, come in for a 2-week follow-up appointment and any additional Botox or Xeomin injections will be at no cost to you.
How do I know which Botox or Xeomin treatment option I need?
When you arrive for your appointment, your provider will guide you through a complimentary comprehensive skin assessment to better understand your needs and goals. This includes digital imaging using a high-tech facial scanner, a 7-step toxin assessment developed by our Chief Medical Officer and an expertly tailored treatment plan to address your skin concerns. They’ll review your results with you and, based on the insights from your assessment, recommend the right treatment for you.
Can I use Chapter Rewards credits toward Botox or Xeomin treatments?
Yes, if you're a Chapter Rewards Club member, your monthly Chapter credits can be applied toward any all-inclusive Botox or Xeomin treatment at Chapter Aesthetic Studio. This gives you the flexibility to use your membership benefits on the treatments you love most.
In addition to your monthly credits, you'll earn 10% back in bonus credits on every dollar you spend—whether you're paying out of pocket or using your membership credits. These bonus credits can be applied toward future visits for even more savings.
